About our family

Raju and Joyce were born in India but moved to the USA and along with Raju's secular job was attending Bethel Chapel at Riverside, California. Our three children were born in Los Angeles. While actively involved in the assembly, the Lord gave Raju a burden for ministry after a mission trip to Moscow with a team in 1992. We were believers from our youth but the Lord taught us much from our stay in the USA.

With the commendation of Bethel Chapel, we moved to India in 1995. Since then we have been ministering here with the local church (Agape Christian Assembly). Studying the Word of God made Raju a man of conviction which was lacking earlier.

Ministry

Our ministry covers several major areas including personal evangelism, assembly ministry, home Bible studies, and a Hospice Care Home for HIV/AIDS infected destitute people. At the Hospice Care Home we have daily devotionals, personal pastoring to the infected, and daily counseling of patients. Some have already come to faith in the Lord. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we have home Bible studies in the evenings. On Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays we are active in the our local assembly in worship, Bible study, and prayer meetings. On Sunday afternoons we also have a ministry with other workers in a village 30 km away.

Location

Our ministry is just outside the city of Bangalore in Karnataka State, South India.
